Transaction fees (incl. VAT)
Applicable from 01/01/2024
In the absence of any agreement to the contrary between the parties, the amount of the remuneration for our intervention (*), the debtor of which is defined by the sales mandate, is included in the posted prices for any transaction carried out by our intermediary (in particular sale of real estate, goodwill, sale of shares, life annuities, land) excluding VEFA marketing contracts and is fixed according to the following conditions:

In the event of negotiation, the amount and percentage of these fees may also be negotiated.
(*) Intervention: agency fees include property search, communication, visits, arranging financing, negotiation, drafting the preliminary sales agreement, and administrative follow-up through to signature of the final deed of sale..
B/ Search mandate – Buyer’s fee

C/ Real estate appraisals/ Avis de valeur – Owner’s fees
Property appraisals carried out outside the scope of a mandate are therefore subject to a fee.

200 € incl. VAT for an appraisal of a property of less than 100 m² living space/useful area |

300 € incl. VAT for an appraisal of a property of more than 100 m² living space/useful area |
They are of course free if you give us a mandate.
In the event of delegation of mandate by another real estate professional (real estate agency, property developer for new properties in the case of VEFA…), the applicable fee schedule remains that of the professional holding the initial mandate.
