With a total surface area of 600 m², including 420 m² of living space, Chalet Élan exudes elegance. Its open spaces reveal unique perspectives thanks to a refined design. Architects Laurent Maugoust and Cécile Chenais custom-designed the interior layout and decor, highlighting the authentic spirit of traditional chalets.

Every detail has been meticulously thought through to create an exceptional project. Chalet Élan, which comfortably accommodates 12 guests and 2 staff, offers a unique experience. From the entrance, a vast hall leads to a wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage room.

The second floor features five en-suite bedrooms and a children’s playroom. The second floor houses the main living space, including a large living room with an Alpine farmhouse-style fireplace, a dining room for 12 guests, a vast kitchen with wine cellar and a welcoming reading room.
The Master Suite
The pinnacle is reached on the top floor with the Master Suite, offering breathtaking interior volumes, an immense independent dressing room and a luminous bathroom.
